Calling Supervisors from Contact List

You can contact your supervisors directly, if Avaya one-X Agent administered with Central Management and system administrator has added supervisors to the My Supervisors group. By default, the system adds Supervisors to the speed dial list to each member through Central Management.

Prerequisites

  1. On an active call, click Contact List.

    The system displays the Contact List window with My team and My Supervisors lists.

  2. Click the corresponding arrow icon next to My Supervisors to expand the list.

    The system displays a list of supervisors in the My Supervisors list.

  3. Click on the appropriate channel to contact the supervisor.

    If your system administrator has configured you with Supervisor Assist, and the supervisor on the skill set is configured in Communication Manager managed assist extension for the skill you are handling, you can contact the supervisor directly from the My Supervisors list during an ACD call.
